Production process:
Compression molding: the mainstream process. Lay glass fiber yarn/felt, resin, fillers, etc. In a metal mold and cure them under heating and pressure to form. High production efficiency, stable size, smooth surface, capable of producing various specifications and shapes. Excellent corrosion resistance: This is its biggest advantage! It can resist the erosion of chemical media such as acid, alkali, salt, organic solvents, seawater, and sewage, without rusting or rotting. Especially suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical engineering, electroplating, sewage treatment, offshore platforms, and food processing.

Lightweight and high-strength:

with a density of about 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum. High strength and good bearing capacity (close to steel). Greatly reduce transportation and installation costs, as well as the requirements for supporting structures.

Excellent flame retardancy:

Different flame retardant levels can be achieved by adding flame retardants to meet fire safety requirements.

Excellent electrical insulation:

non-conductive, good insulation performance, suitable for use in electromagnetic sensitive areas, substations, distribution rooms, etc.
Excellent anti-slip performance: The surface is usually designed with a sand surface or pattern (such as grooves, diamond covers), which can provide a good anti-slip effect even in humid and oily environments, with high safety.

Maintenance-free and long-lasting:

No need for regular painting and anti-corrosion like metal, basically no maintenance required. Long service life, up to 20 years or more (depending on the specific environment).

Good fatigue resistance:

It is not easy to produce permanent deformation under dynamic loads for a long time.

color, size, thickness, grid size, and surface treatment form (sand surface, cover plate) can be customized according to customer needs.

cutting, drilling, and slotting are convenient (using ordinary electric tools is sufficient), and installation is easy and fast.
