3. Beautiful, practical and sturdy

The cylinder of the pump station is made of high-strength GRP material, optimized design, computer-controlled winding process to ensure uniform thickness and meet design requirements. After anti-static pressure and anti-deformation mechanical calculations, it has the advantages of being light, sturdy, waterproof, convenient to transport, and strong corrosion resistance. Its strength is equivalent to twice that of traditional laminated fiberglass, which can completely resist tearing, corrosion and other destructive forces. 6. Intelligent control system

The pump station adopts a self-developed sewage pump station special control system, and the matching submersible pump uses a pressure sensor or liquid level float to automatically control the start and stop. The crushing type grid is always open and can automatically reverse when encountering large objects, so the entire pump station operates automatically without the need for special personnel on duty. At the same time, mobile communication intelligent control can be used, with a remote monitoring platform, human-computer dialogue interface display and mobile terminal control. The equipped on-site display can calculate the inflow flow and pumping flow through volume measurement, realize automatic or manual control of the water pump group, and automatically record the daily working hours and cumulative hours of the water pump group. The start and stop liquid level of the water pump, the operation interval of the crushing grid and the automatic operation of the deodorization device can be adjusted according to the on-site situation.

The water pump and grille can be hoisted in or out from the top without entering the cylinder.
