Modular wet well pump station: The water pump adopts auto-coupling wet installation, and all systems are integrated in the same wellbore with an internal maintenance platform and a ground control panel. It is required to be simple in operation and maintenance, and pre-installed and factory tested before transportation to shorten the on-site installation time and improve the reliability of the system.

1. The main structure of the integrated lifting pump station is made of fiber-wound glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP) or better materials, which is strong, durable and long-lasting. The pump station is transported as an integrated unit, including submersible sewage pumps, pipes, valves, control system electrical equipment and maintenance facilities platform.

2. All parts must be supplied by the company
All parts are provided, and each part can meet the working condition quality requirements and can perfectly match each other. The pump station is produced, debugged, serviced and guaranteed by the manufacturer according to the technical requirements of the design institute's drawings.

Compared with the traditional concrete structure pump station, it can save 25% to 30% of the total construction cost. The simplified design process and construction process can save about two weeks of engineering construction time.

The pump station is manufactured, tested and assembled in full by the factory according to the design technical requirements. The cylinder is strong, and the strength requirement of fiber-wound fiberglass is equivalent to twice or more than that of traditional laminated fiberglass, which can resist corrosion, tearing and other destructive forces, and ensure long-lasting waterproofing.

IV. Prefabricated pump station structure

1. Anti-slip top cover
Made of embossed aluminum plate, equipped with anti-theft safety lock, with the function of easy opening.

2. Pump station cover
Made of fiberglass with safety basket grille, ventilation exhaust pipe and handrail.

3. Fiberglass cylinder
Continuously wound reinforced fiberglass cylinder. Computer-controlled winding process is adopted to ensure uniform thickness and meet design requirements. The quality is stable. Anti-leakage test is required before leaving the factory to ensure no leakage.

4. Lifting lug
The external integrated lifting lug is easy to install.

5. Matching water pump
The matching brand submersible sewage pump has no vibration and cavitation within the design load range and runs smoothly.

6. Pressure pipeline
Stainless steel pressure pipeline. All pipelines pass pressure test before leaving the factory to prevent leakage.

7. Service platform
Built-in service platform for valve and water pump maintenance; customized platforms of different forms, positions and heights as required.

8. Liquid level sensor
Adopt pressure sensor (standard)/float switch, equipped with special monitoring electrical appliances, to realize automatic control operation of pump station liquid level.

9. Grille
The grille uses basket grille or crushing grille, which is placed at the water inlet of the FRP cylinder of the pump station, which is safe and reliable; equipped with guide rails for convenient maintenance and repair.

10. Outdoor stainless steel control cabinet
Can be manual and automatic. The following control functions can be realized:

(1) Daily automatic position, realizing unmanned pump station.

(2) Several in use and one in standby, mutual backup, automatic switching, high water level working at the same time, automatic switching in case of failure.
