1. Vertical flat-bottomed tanks should be installed on a continuous support foundation and have sufficient strength to support the weight of the tank filled with liquid.
2. The pads and bottom surface of the vertical tank are flat, and there are no foreign objects protruding. The support recommended by the manufacturer can be used.
3. If there is a drain port at the bottom of the tank, there should be a groove with sufficient clearance on the pad to facilitate drainage, so that no point of the flange can touch the foundation.

5. Installation of vertical storage tanks

1. The storage tank should be transported by crane, the lifting cable should be connected to the top lifting ring, and a guide cable should be used to prevent swinging.
2. Use locking bumps to fix the tank anchor to the foundation. The locking bumps should be plugged with gaskets to prevent ballast from being transferred to the tank wall.
3. Valves, controllers and other heavy components connected to the tank pipe should be supported separately and designed for separate support.
